Green Garden Bistro
This farm-to-table restaurant has been a Revo partner since day one. Chef Maria explains: “We source the freshest ingredients, and sometimes we have beautiful produce left over. Rather than see it go to waste, we love creating surprise boxes that let our community enjoy our food at accessible prices.”
Green Garden Bistro has saved over 500 meals from waste through Revo, preventing approximately 750kg of CO2 emissions.
Sunrise Bakery
Every morning, Sunrise Bakery creates fresh pastries and bread. Owner David shares: “At the end of the day, we often have perfectly good baked goods left. Revo helps us find these items loving homes instead of the trash bin.”
Their surprise boxes often include artisanal sourdough, croissants, and seasonal pastries – always fresh, never stale.
Spice Route Kitchen
This Indian restaurant specializes in authentic curries and biryanis. Manager Priya notes: “Our portions are generous, and sometimes we prepare more than needed for catering orders. Revo lets us share our authentic flavors with food lovers while reducing waste.”
